Dr. David Etienne, DBA, CPA, CA, PMP

David has spent 25 years solving complex financial and business challenges for organizations that can't afford to get them wrong. From small businesses building their foundation to nonprofits managing every dollar under public trust.

His background isn't typical for a local CPA firm. David has worked directly with the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Trade Organization, the Canada Institutional Development Agency, and the Caribbean Development Bank — institutions where the margin for financial error is zero. He brings that same rigor to every small business and nonprofit client at EBS.

David is a Chartered Accountant and CPA, a Project Management Professional, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica. He has also lectured in accounting, economics, and management at the university level.

His view: small businesses and nonprofits are the engine of real economic and community impact and they deserve the same caliber of financial expertise that multinational institutions rely on, without the price tag or the bureaucracy.
